Tess is a London based Interior Architect. Tess came to Bangalore in 2016 as a volunteer to lead the campus reconfiguration project for Baale Mane. She returned to begin documenting the Oota project. Her favourite room is the kitchen; a place of daily ritual, celebrations, growth, change, memories made and stories told.
Paula Patel is a Trustee on the Board of the Friends of Baale Mane. Paula has worked in the Financial Services Sector for more than 35 years. Paula was Managing Director of Swiss Re Bangalore from 2007 to 2012, working with Baale Mane for various CSR initiatives. Paula is the finance, logistics and partnerships lead at Oota Stories and is an accomplished Indian cook herself!
